What should I do if my tracking shows my order as delivered but I haven't received it?

We understand it's frustrating when your package is marked delivered but isn't there. Please follow these steps:

1) Check your mailbox and with your neighbours: Delivery drivers sometimes leave packages in less obvious places to keep them safe. Check your mailbox, porch, garage, and any other potential delivery spots. It's also a good idea to ask your neighbours if they've seen it or if it was accidentally delivered to them.

2) Confirm Your Shipping Address: Double-check the shipping address you entered during checkout. You can find this in your order confirmation email. Making sure it's correct is essential for tracking down your package.

3) Look for a Notification Card: If the package was too large for your mailbox or required a signature, the delivery driver should have left a notification card with instructions for pickup at the post office or a local collection point.

4) Contact the Shipping Company Directly: Once the package leaves our warehouse, the delivery company takes over. They're best equipped to locate your package.
